Last Updated: March 13, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Napkin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form an agreement between you and Napkin, LLC, operating its marketing lab at naepkin.co, a company registered in New York. "Napkin," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Napkin, LLC.

Service Description

Napkin is a marketing experimentation platform for solopreneurs. It helps you design, run, and analyze marketing experiments — including offer tests, messaging frameworks, and business playbooks — to validate ideas before investing time and money in them.

Access to Napkin requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you receive the right to use the platform for your own business purposes during your subscription term.

AI-Powered Features

Parts of Napkin use large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning technology to generate content, insights, and recommendations.

Output Accuracy

Outputs from AI-powered features are generated through machine learning processes. They are not tested, verified, endorsed, or guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. You should independently review and verify all AI-generated content before relying on it for any business or personal decision.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You are responsible for how you use Napkin. You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the platform to others
  • Use the platform to build a competing product
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
  • Submit content that violates third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Napkin. By submitting content, you grant us the right to use it solely to deliver the service to you.

Third-Party Platform Integrations

Napkin may allow you to connect third-party platforms, including Bluesky and other social networks, to enable certain features such as publishing content.

By connecting a third-party account:

  • you authorize Napkin to interact with that platform on your behalf in accordance with your settings
  • you agree to comply with the terms and policies of the third-party platform

You agree not to use Napkin in a way that violates the policies or developer terms of any connected platform.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or changes made by third-party platforms. If you revoke access to a third-party platform, certain features of Napkin may no longer function.

Payment Terms

Access to Napkin is billed on a subscription basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you select (monthly or annual).

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated at the time of purchase. If you dispute a charge, contact us at legal@naepkin.co within 30 days of the charge.

Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the platform until that date.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if your account is significantly overdue. We will give you reasonable notice before doing so where possible.

If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees covering the unused portion of your subscription term.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. For billing issues, contact support@naepkin.co.

Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Results from marketing experiments, offer tests, hustle templates, and business playbooks on Napkin are illustrative only. Real-world outcomes depend on factors entirely outside our control — your market, execution, timing, audience, and countless other variables.

Napkin does not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, or income. Nothing in the platform, its content, or its outputs should be read as a promise of financial return.

Informational Disclaimer

All content produced by Napkin — including Insights Papers, experiment recommendations, and playbooks — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or any other form of professional advice.

If you need advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Napkin's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service will not exceed the total amount you paid to Napkin in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Napkin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Napkin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
